Cemfloor can be used in all types of commercial, industrial and residential construction for fast drying finished floors. With the addition of Cemfloor the screed’s performance is increased significantly and can be applied to a wide range of finished floors. Cemfloor binder is simply mixed with cement, water, and a suitable sand to create a high-performance screed.
Easy Finishing Less Joints
Consistent drying and smooth laying means no finishing before final floor coverings are laid and there’s no need for additional smoothing compounds.
Fast Drying
Cemfloor provides extremely consistent, reliable drying characteristics and considerably faster drying times, enabling following trades to proceed without delay.
Underfloor Heating
Having a minimum thickness requirement of only 35mm means it has increased thermal conductivity that allows the underfloor heating systems to run more economically.

Cemfloor is a specially formulated Liquid Screed creating self-levelling, rapid dry floor screeds.
Examples of our work
Self levelling floor screeds have many advantages, they can arrive on site premixed, be pumped into an area so is less labour intensive, they are quicker to install and are more accurate than traditional methods. They form an ideal substrate onto which a floor finish can be applied such as tiles, carpets and timber floors.
